We work with your environment and can support the following Mitel deployment methods:

  • UC as a Service (UCaaS): Your telephony solution is provided “as a service” from our Forsythes Cloud platform. All elements of the solution are provided on a per user per month basis. Applications like MiCollab for PC, Mobile Softphones and Mitel Border Gateway are provided from the hosted infrastructure. Hardware elements like handsets, headsets and Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches are paid by the month. Your carrier services are also hosted in our DC.
  • Hosted UC: Your core telephony services are hosted in our Forsythes Cloud platform. Applications like MiCollab for PC, Mobile Softphones and Mitel Border Gateway are provided from the hosted infrastructure. Hardware elements like handsets, headsets and Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches can be purchased or paid by the month. Your carrier services are also hosted in our DC.
  • Private Cloud: Your core telephony functionality is deployed on your virtualised server environment. Applications like MiCollab for PC, Mobile Softphones and Mitel Border Gateway can be deployed into this environment. Hardware elements like handsets, headsets and Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches can be purchased or paid by the month. Your carrier services are connected to your Private Cloud.
  • On Premises: Your core telephony solution is deployed on a dedicated Mitel hardware controller. Applications like MiCollab for PC, Mobile Softphones and Mitel Border Gateway can be deployed onto separate server(s). Hardware elements like handsets, headsets and Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches will be purchased or the whole solution can be financed. Your carrier services are also deployed on premises.
